I spend a lot of time building software with coding agents. This is a look at the work that made it into Git: applications, tools, documentation, and the machinery that keeps them moving.
A commit can fix a typo or change an application. The count tells you how often I recorded a change. It takes more than that to tell you whether the change was any good.

05 / the credits
What the trailers say
I use coding agents. Git’s co-author trailers capture very little of that here. These categories report the credits actually recorded; an uncredited commit tells us nothing about whether an agent helped.
No provider credit8,038 commits
Claude Code107 commits
Other co-author4 commits
Recognized names: Claude, Codex, Grok, and Kilo. A Claude credit is grouped under Claude Code; the trailer alone does not prove which client was used. Other co-authors stay separate, and multiple recognized providers share one category.

What I’m working in
Changed files grouped by language. This measures file activity, not lines of code or the size of a codebase.

The largest daily counts
Five days with the most commits. More commits can mean smaller changes, repeated corrections, or a lot of work moving at once.

09 / the machinery
How the work gets done
Summon gives my named agents a shared room, mail, and a board. They can hand work over, ask for a review, and bring a decision back to me. aidd runs repeatable repository workflows and the checks around them. They are separate tools with different jobs.
Keep the instructions with the work. A workflow should survive the next session.
Run the checks, inspect the result, and get another set of eyes on the change.
Keep my approval separate from an agent’s report that something passed.
A local script reads history reachable from all Git refs in 69 repositories across my five working roots. It selects my recorded author identities, counts each full commit hash once across repositories, and uses author dates in America/Chicago. Commits that only refresh this page's data are excluded. The count includes branches, tags, remote-tracking refs, and internal automation refs. Rewritten copies with different hashes count separately. Linked worktree copies are excluded. This snapshot stops at 2026-11-05T03:34:24.444Z.
Only totals and fixed category labels reach this page. Repository names, client names, local paths, author addresses, commit messages, and hashes stay off this page. File extensions use a fixed list; everything else goes into “Other files.” Merge commits count, though Git may report no changed paths for them.
The daily and yearly views start with git log --all --date=short --format=%adand git log --all --date=format:%Y --format=%ad. My collector also filters authors, deduplicates full hashes across repositories, converts dates to Central time, and applies the snapshot cutoff. File activity uses git log --all --name-only -z --no-renames. This is a dated local snapshot, not a live GitHub contribution count.
