League of Entrepreneurial Gentlemen

I'm looking to form a small group of like-minded, technical and/or entrepreneurial folks for conceptualizing, discussing, and hopefully bringing to life ideas and products.

I propose the structure of such group would be all members are peers and engage in any business activity on their own will. Each member could choose to participate or not in any active idea, at whatever level of involvement they were comfortable with.

It would help to have all the bases covered eventually but without growing too large. I think this needs to be a smaller group, maybe 5-8 at any given time.
